Build Utopia

Do you ever ask yourself what you might do if you had limitless supply of land and money?  I know what I would do! I would find others who had land and money to spend and we would begin the planning of inter-dependent utopian communities around the world.

I would invite the most inventive, innovative people who believe in the possibilities of an end to poverty and inequality who are willing to work together with me.  How many billionaires would it take?

I am planning to gather 100 humanitarian billionaires to make this vision come to pass.  We would sit down at the round table and design a city that would seek to eradicate all human suffering.  No more poverty.  No more inequality.  With liberty and justice for all.

We would gather the gifted thinkers of the country to join a Think Tank to design a community that can sustain itself with cutting edge inventions and technologies.  We would gather the unemployed and underemployed to build this community from the ground up.  Maybe some parts would even be under the ground.  We will gather those who are willing and able to make a commitment to the community and utilize their energy and expertise to build utopia by giving all they have.

A big piece of the complex puzzle of poverty and inequality is ownership of LAND. Land is the essence of independence and successful interdependence.

I have recently become aware of is how our global food suppliers have robbed us, slowly but surely, of the skills to sustain our own lives. They probably didn't mean to make us dependent in the beginning, but dependence is what came to pass.

Sustaining life is not that hard to do. Our ancestors have always been able to do it for thousands and thousands of years. Even cave men were able to do it without education at all. But to the average man and woman in America today, sustaining life is as complicated and mind boggling as rocket science. We can't imagine life without the help of Walmart. The average person doesn't believe he can do it or doesn't even want to try.

To sustain human life, we have to have LAND, but none of us have any. Why is that? Lot sizes continue to shrink and zoning continues to control and eliminate our ability to sustain ourselves.  No cows allowed!  No chicken allowed!  No gardens allowed!  These controls are making us absolutely dependent upon the global food suppliers for our basic needs. When I see this through the eyes of a spectator, I realize that we are under siege as a nation and as a planet. I now feel compelled to "get land." Above all other priorities, even higher than gold is LAND.

The most powerful skill a person can learn is how to sustain himself from his own land. A person that can't sustain himself is dependent and therefore controlled by the one with the food and the one who holds his mortgage.

Recently it occurred to me that each bean and each grain of wheat that I have in my food storage could be planted in the ground to produce 10, 20 or 100 fold! My stored food has the potential to grow into an endless supply as long as we hold some back to plant the next crop. I don't have to store more, I just have to learn to sow and reap. It is a perfect plan as long as you have LAND.

Mother Nature made a sustainable plan to meet all of our nutritional needs from the earth as well as replenish our buckets with the harvested seeds! It is not impossible to believe that in a real crisis when food supply chains have been interrupted and many people around me are running out of food, I could plant my stores of wheat and harvest much more than I started with. I could gather a like-minded community of people who also choose to store wheat, beans and garden seeds and feed even more people. I could write a book and influence thousands of people to store whole foods while they are still inexpensive and available and before they are genetically modified. We could have an impact on the nation and even the world!

Having such a large supply of foods in my home storage causes my mind to think thoughts that had never crossed my mind before, like feeding the poor and needy. When I see that such a small amount of rice can keep a starving child in Africa alive, then I could keep a huge number of people alive with my buckets of food. With all of the uncertainty and economic upheavals the world is experiencing at this time in history, opportunities will obviously arise to feed hungry people and make a difference in their lives. This line of thinking makes me less concerned about storing "too much" food and gets me thinking how and where I can store more!

As I have been getting more serious about survival and helping others to survive and thrive, I branched out from the cookbook and created a collection of sites that I call I have always believed that the gathering of food and supplies is only a small part of survival in the latter days. We are three part beings, body, mind and spirit and therefore need much more than just physical survival. We need mental preparations and spiritual strengthening as well.

After perfecting my food storage plan, I focused on projects and organization that assist in teaching mental and spiritual survival. Is it enough to plan our own survival without including the survival of the planet? I hope not. I know many who feel called to teach. I hope they will consider using the materials I developed as the Alignment Affirmations to facilitate those who feel called to live in a utopian society.

I'm looking for a community of people who are interested in planning a community with me.  We need a board of directors.  We need people who can contribute expertise, labor, materials, land or anything else they may have.

I believe that we will see a mass exodus from the cities into small intentional communities where we can rely upon our own ingenuity and the cooperation of a community where everyone knows your name.

If you have land that you think might work for an intentional community, there are a few things to consider:

1) Are there at least 640 acres (about one mile square) available in the surrounding areas that you own or might be able to gather with you?

2) Do you own the land free and clear?

3) Are you willing to release control of it and allow it to be developed by the greatest masterminds in the world in exchange for the benefits of living in a utopian society and for the opportunity to change the world, eradicate poverty and inequality?

If you can answer these questions with an unequivocal "YES!", call 262-232-3196.  You may be the answer to millions of prayers around the globe.

Eliminating Suffering

To restore our faith in America we must gather and unite as humanitarians who will not tolerate poverty and inequality. No more can we continue to be a self-satisfying, self-focused people living a lifestyle that creates the mounting problems of poverty that require endless social programs. We must reach for the next level up from free enterprise to create a lifestyle based upon interdependence and cooperation. If we capitalists suppose ourselves to be successful while our "neighbors" in other neighborhoods or other countries go without, we have a goal that is far different than our Lord's, the One we say we trust.

We need better goals that include the well-being of every human on earth not just our own.  Those of us who take a pro-active attitude will see the wisdom in developing an interdependent lifestyle that will protect and unite us long before the need arises. We don't have to be driven from our homes before making the conscious choice to explore a better and more satisfying way of life.

Career and community is one in the same when choosing an interdependent lifestyle that exists to eradicate poverty and inequality for the members of the a 3DCommunity. The needs we have for food and shelter will be provided by the "sweat of our brow," a far more fulfilling method than "cash, check or credit card."

Ghandi stated that "Poverty is the cruelest form of violence."

He is pointing out that one man's poverty is a result of the inactivity of another. Allowing poverty to continue is a conscious choice we all make every day. The Pearl of Great Price agrees that the highest form of community is when people make sure that everyone has enough:

"and the Lord called His people Zion for they were of one heart and one mind (united) and dwelt in righteousness (where all men are free and cooperative) and there were no poor among them (they were humanitarians!)" (Moses 7:18)

We are a group of united humanitarians who seek to eliminate poverty through the building of cities where rich and poor work side by side to reach beyond the American dream of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness," to "life, equality and cooperation."

4 And they came to ... a very beautiful and pleasant land, a land of pure water.
5 And they ... began to till the ground, and began to build buildings; yea, they were industrious, and did labor exceedingly.
6 And the people were desirous that Alma should be their king, for he was beloved by his people.
7 But he said unto them: is not expedient (wise) that we should have a king; for thus saith the Lord: Ye shall not esteem one flesh above another, or one man shall not think himself above another; therefore I say unto you it is not expedient (wise) that ye should have a king.

(Book of Mormon | Mosiah 23)

In America we have been taught every day of our lives that we must take care of ourselves, reach for the brass ring and beat out "the other guy." We are shown by example that we must harden our hearts towards the needs of others, because there are too many to worry about. We are offered countless ways to remain preoccupied so that the cries of the suffering grow dimmer and dimmer. We may even be able to deceive ourselves to believe that the world is naturally getting better.

I believe and call out to anyone who will listen that we must change to a higher goal. We must change our belief to define true success in our careers and our lives to be measured by the contribution our lives have made towards eliminating the suffering of others.

We must learn to provide for not only our own needs or the needs of our loved ones, but for all of God's children. We must reject the notion that independence brings happiness. We must realize that the only true path to happiness is interdependence. We must break free from the materialistic chains of debt that render us powerless. We must reprogram our minds and prepare our hearts to be responsible for those around us. If we are to be a people prepared for the Zien, united utopia prophesied in scripture, we must learn to live together in harmony devoted to the well-being of our neighbor.

Happiness comes through fulfillment. Fulfillment comes from having a purpose to fulfill. Therefore happiness comes through finding your purpose and then spending your life's energy fulfilling that purpose. The American Dream is a lie whenever it teaches that true happiness is possible to enjoy while others around you suffer. A heart seared and hardened by overwhelming global poverty and suffering is incapable of true happiness, knowing that selfishness never brought anyone true happiness.

Only when we choose to care about strangers, to rise above our own needs and make plans to rescue others in need can our hearts beat with true happiness. No matter who you are, there is always someone in more need than you. Look around and ask God to give you eyes to see what He sees. Your heart will change . Remember Ebenezer Scrooge? It's not too late.

If you are wealthy enough to retire in comfort and style, would you be willing to share that comfort with many others if it were possible to do so? If by uniting with other humanitarians who are able to retire in comfort and style you might be able to do something great for those in need. I have a dream of building communities, based upon compassion and cooperation, to eradicate poverty for hundreds of people at a time.

If one retirement investment could do impact the lives of many others, would you do it? Building an experimental community with the express purpose of solving issues in all three dimensions: body, mind and spirit including poverty, inequality and human suffering all over the world is something we can do with the last years of our lives that could make a difference for generations to come and prepare our hearts for the new millennium that was prophesied.

There is a prophecy that says together we will build a new world.  The world will be at peace and there will be no more poverty or suffering:

1 AND I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

(New Testament | Revelation 21)

23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.

25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.

26 And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.

27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

(New Testament | Revelation 21)

1 AND he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

(New Testament | Revelation 22)

Notice that in verse 24 the Revelation says that "the nations of them which are saved" shall bring honor to the city of God. This means to me that there will be nations that survive through all of the wars and chaos, economic collapse and earthquakes.

How is that possible when so much tribulation is coming all at once? I believe it will be the miraculous hand of God, not just protecting but leading us into preparations that will secure our survival. With cutting edge technology and old fashioned know how, we can create a community that will provide all of our needs as Babylon collapses.

In my humble opinion we must come away from the cities of Babylon and create a new way of living that doesn't rely on the infrastructure of the world. If we listen carefully to that still small voice inside, we will create a new infrastructure that will survive long after the collapse and will be what is in place to rebuild and recover.

15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

16 Then let them which be in Judea flee into the mountains:

(New Testament | Matthew 24)

Just as in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah we have to leave and never look back. If we plan carefully we can make a place for many to find refuge. This can be used as a model for new cities to be built. It starts with a gathering of humanitarians who want to make a difference.  It calls to us to "come out of Babylon" if we don't want to "receive of her plagues."  We may not fully understand the justice of God if we only focus on the patience of God.  There will be an end to the evil, if you believe in the prophecies of every religion.  There will be two things going on at the same time; the end of one kingdom and the beginning of another, the end of evil and the beginning of utopia.

4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.

6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.

7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.

8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.

9 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,

10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.

11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:

12 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,

13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.

14 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.

15 The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,

16 And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!

17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,

18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!

19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.

20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.

21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

(New Testament | Revelation 18)

Most Bible scholars agree that Babylon is not a particular nation or location, but a mindset or system by which greedy men are made wealthy by the corruption and exploitation of others. In any case, Babylon is about to fall.

Which kingdom will you cling to? The one falling or the one rising? The former things will pass away. The Lord will make all things new by raising up ambassadors who will represent him on the earth and rise to eliminate human suffering and to wipe every tear from every eye.

4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
(New Testament | Revelation 21)

What former things will pass away? Heaven and earth. All corruption. Babylon cities that perpetuate crime and poverty. We hear talk of a rapture that will take true believers up off of the face of the earth, but the rest of the story is often left out.  He takes us up so that he can cleanse the earth by fire and renew the earth back to her original glory. Then he will bring his faithful followers back to the earth to reign with him for a thousand years for the Golden Age or "the millennium."

9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

(New Testament | Revelation 5)

6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

(New Testament | Revelation 20)

10 We believe in the literal gathering of Israel and in the restoration of the Ten Tribes; that Zion (the New Jerusalem) will be built upon the American continent; that Christ will reign personally upon the earth; and, that the earth will be renewed and receive its paradisiacal glory.

(Pearl of Great Price | Articles of Faith )

In America we have been taught that we are supposed to divide neighborhoods by income brackets. The rich live over here. The poor live over there. The starving live way over there where we can't see them, or it might spoil our apatite. What if we didn't receive that worldly doctrine as the right way to build a city?

If we had a choice, how many would intentionally choose to live in a lifestyle of humanitarianism that isn't the highest possible material attainment for your income bracket? What if, instead, we divided up what we have into life-sustaining portions for many more than ourselves and our loved ones? Not by force, through taxation and redistribution, but by generosity, charity and commitment to fulfill our purpose on the earth to wipe away every tear.

Our time on earth is a test. What will we do with what we have been given? Will we squander it? Will we invest it? Will we hoard it? Will we share it? Will we change the world with it? Will we usher in the New Millennium with it? Jesus is returning very soon. We all know that. What will he find us doing when he returns? Will we refuse to go with him because we don't want to leave all of our valuable stuff?

16 ¶ And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?
17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
18 He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,
19 Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
20 The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?
21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.
23  Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.
24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
25 When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved?
26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
(New Testament | Matthew 19)

It's not impossible for a rich man to give up his wealth, but it requires an intervention from God. It requires a commitment beyond what this young rich ruler had towards the kingdom of God. Jesus invited him to be one of the twelve apostles! He chose instead to be what he thought was the better choice and no one ever heard of him again. If he would have followed Jesus, he would have gone down in eternal history. His worldly ambitions pulled him towards a completely different goal. One that served his own needs instead of God's needs.

Yes, it is true that God needs us! He said we are his ambassadors. We speak for him. We stand for him. We go where he needs to go. We influence things to go the way he wants it to go on earth. We represent him. We stand by someone when He wants to stand by them. We visit people who He wants to uplift. We call people who He wants to exhort. We forgive people who need His forgiveness. When people hear us talk it is God talking to them. When people see our facial expressions they are God's intentions towards them. When people call out to God we arrive on the scene saying,  "What can I do to help?" We lay hands on the sick and they recover. We stand against injustice or corruption. We overturn the tables of the money changers. We speak with authority and take action without hesitation.

If people have an incorrect belief about who God is or what believers are like it is because we who have been entrusted with the exquisite privilege of representing Him have represented him incorrectly. If they are asking themselves, "where is God?" it is because we are not living the representation of God's love on this earth.

If people have run away from organized religion it is because we have not created the true community that God designed for his people. When will this change? When we drop our nets, as Peter, James and John did, instead of going on about our business as the rich young ruler did. Why was the rich man sorrowful? Because he loved his riches more than he loved God, and this alarming fact just became perfectly clear to him.

What a frightening thought! I am not greedy! I am not selfish! I am a child of God! I serve him with all of my heart, might, mind and strength! I tithe 10% of my income. I keep the 10 commandments. I don't cuss. I don't watch R rated movies. I am polite and well mannered. I read my scriptures. I love God!

That's wonderful, young rich man. That's excellent. You are God's elect. You stand out above the rest. But don't you dare ask what this rich young ruler asked: "what lack I yet?" because we know what Jesus' answer is. If you want your commitment to God to be complete," "go and sell all that thou hast, and give it to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me."

The church that Jesus set up while he was on the earth gathered all they had and gave it to those in need. They shared and lived with "all things in common."

32 And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.
33 And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.
34 Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,
35 And laid them down at the apostles' feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.
(New Testament | Acts 4)

Life on earth doesn't work unless the church functions as it should, with all things in common and no poor among us. If America is "one nation under God" it is in fact God's church, but this great big church is not functioning as it should.

Cities today are not designed with the goal in mind of eliminating human suffering. Cities of today have a completely different goal in mind. Men build empires unto their own image and pocket the gain. The cities of today will and must be "done away with" all over the world. They will not remain standing. Jesus told his disciples that he is coming to cleanse the earth of these self-centered cities that are designed to show the world who has the ability to make money and who doesn't.  He we believe he is an enlightened master, do we believe what he said?

In reality, the cities that survive into the millennium of God will be designed with the exact opposite goal in mind. He will raise up world leaders who will make it impossible to tell who has money and who doesn't. These benevolent leaders will put the needs of others before their own. These leaders are being schooled and chosen even now in the quiet closets of their own hearts.  Economics will give way to equanomics, exchanging energy instead of currency.  Everyone has the same amount of time and energy in a day and are therefore equal brothers and sisters without hierarchy.

Christ promised his disciples that when he returns, he will put leaders into place to "rule and reign with him." Where are these leaders now? Only God knows, because they are willing to live anonymous lives in "perfect" submission to God. These are the men he can trust in leadership who will ensure that every tear is wiped from every eye and there will be no more pain or suffering anywhere on the earth.

It won't be you, or me, or anyone else that goes about their business with their eyes closed to the suffering of others. It will be those you would never suspect;  the fishermen who are willing to drop their nets the moment their God requests it of them.

New Vistas

Many community models have been presented and will continue to pour in as we all are guided by an unseen hand to create a new and wiser world.

Below is an example of the ingenuity and vision that can be brought to the table, designed by David Hall of Novatek Engineering.

We have heard of compressing the existing dirt of the building site into bricks that are stronger than any building material that exists today.

We have read of water harvested from the air.

We have heard of energy created from water by splitting the molecule.

We have heard of refuse conversion that utilizes human waste to the fullest extent.

We have heard of indoor gardening in the basement of your home with grow lights and even having a pond indoors to keep fresh water fish.

If each home could create its own source of water, power, food and sanitation from their own land there would be no bills to pay. All each person would need is the natural materials from their own land!

This is an example of what some creative people chose to design with compressed dirt.

Combining all the greatest minds in the world and filtering their ideas with the highest and best ideals for mankind, we can overcome and rebuild all aspects of life on earth: poverty, inequality, government corruption, war, environmental issues and preparation for natural disasters.

Explaining the talks about the inevitable challenges of the future of city dwelling.  City dwellers are incapable of providing basic necessities for themselves.  They are dependent upon food supplies from outside the city.  Watch this video and see where the "thinkers" are going with mass food production.

It appears that cities have become a place where the "powers that be" are gathering gifted and talented people into captivity to render them powerless to bring solutions to the obvious mounting problems. We each have a piece of the puzzle. We just have to know where to come together, lay out the pieces on the table and assemble the puzzle.

The Motherboard provides the collaboration table where everyone can plug in their gifts and light up utopia.

The Hub-Om Community Plan

Imagine a community model...  about a mile square....

  • A gated community
  • a humanitarian co-op
  • with sustainable free energy
  • solar power
  • wind power
  • water harvested from the air
  • hydroponics and permaculture
  • organic agriculture providing our nutritional needs
  • compressed dirt brick construction or other wise uses of natural resources found on the land itself.
  • a blend of old and new... with cutting edge science and technology in a new kind of community that produces its own needs from mother earth.

Imagine a gated community with...

neighborhoods made up of 1-acre parcels...

wrapped around common areas for...

  • an orchard
  • grape vines
  • honey bees
  • vegetable gardens
  • a fish pond and
  • an old fashioned barn
  • with stalls
  • for milking the cows
  • shaving the sheep
  • or saddling the horses
  • a ranch
  • with pasture

A modern area with...

  • stores and restaurants
  • schools
  • an event center
  • a spiritual center
  • a sports complex
  • an eco-skyscraper

Seven building projects are included to support each component of well-being.

How Do I Contribute?

We each contribute the gifts we already have.

-Establish Hub-Om Income before relocating to a Hub-Om community.  This will set each member of the community free to serve the community free of charge.

-Contribute what you have in exchange for land and home stewardship plus benefits in a high-energy society.

-Contribute your land in exchange for the contributed labor to build your home and many other homes at the same time.

-Contribute your skills and expertise to make the larger vision come to pass.

-Be a decision-maker in the planning and implementing of intentional infrastructure that has the lowest possible impact on the environment.

What does "contribute" mean?

It does not mean "donate" or "volunteer" because these are non-profit terms that you pour in, but don't receive monetary benefits in return.  Hub-Om is not a non-profit organization!  We each make a BIG profits doing what we love and contributing what we have to the greater good.  Like the torus, we pour out and it comes back to us. We pour out and we receive back in a continuous cycle of prosperity and abundance for all.

Each neighborhood of 20 homes wrapped around acres of common land to use for the greatest good.

Each neighborhood is planned, designed, built and governed by those who live in it in the spirit of a gift economy and a gifted group governance "by the people for the people."

Families meet and work in their local areas to build their neighborhoods and finally relocate together to an Hub Development as a group.

The community is built one neighborhood at a time with contributed labor, on contributed land with contributed and harvested materials.

Seven sectors are developed online during the planning stages:

A - Asset Alignment - Abundance for All
Creating a storehouse for all surplus to be distributed as anyone has need.  When two or more agree... it is a very powerful force of intention.  When two or more align their assets there is nothing that is impossible to them.  This is a spiritual process as well as an economic enterprise.

B - Benefits Package
The dentist, the doctor, the nurse, the chiropractor, the healing practitioner will contribute their healing skills and knowledge to maintain the health of everyone in the community in exchange for land and home stewardship in a utopian society.  Each member of the community provides their highest and best for each other, whatever the skill, knowledge or expertise may be.

C - Community Collaborations
The unemployed contribute their time and energy alongside the contractor, the architect and the environmentalist to create intentional infrastructure that produces all the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the community while protecting the environment and the natural resources of planet earth.

D - Divine Direction
Educators, mentors and coaches lead the search for "divine direction" and help to implement that direction by including all those who have a desire to be involved with an ABC Development for the "greatest global good."

E - Elevate your Energy
Long before the community begins the on land building of the community, enterprising people will work together as a whole to develop inventions, ideas and enterprises online.  Although there will be no need for "cash" once we relocate to a Hub Development and become part of the community, there will always be a need for money when we interface with the world outside of the community.  We will still pay taxes, travel, buy supplies, and pay building fees.  In order to create a credit union for the community with plenty of cash flow for all members that will interface with the electronic banks of the world, these enterprises will be a crucial step in the creation of an all-expense-paid life.

F - Freedom Festivals
Entertaining and enlightening audiences at festivals outside the community will bring the message to the world and will utilize the gifts and talents of those in the community to their fullest, creating a need for arts and artists as part of the overall economic success of the community.  Once we relocate to an Hub Development, public events and festivals will continue to be an important part of the economy, drawing walk-through traffic to our shops and markets.

G - Giving Governance
The structure of governance will place the head of each household as the decision-maker in each neighborhood, each block, each community and each region, connecting with other Hub Developments.  No need for elected leaders when each household speaks for itself.

Seven buildings are included in each Hub Development.

A - Storehouse/Treasury Spiritual Center
The treasury is a credit union formed and managed by the community members for community currency as well as world currency.  The community will seek to eradicate poverty within the community as well as globally.  Office space for business to business services are available for those who offer these skills to the community as part of the benefits package.

B - Free Clinic Healing Center
All healing practitioners will be free to use the healing center facilities for their individual modalities and those in the community will be free to make appointments with any practitioner from the community benefits directory.

C - Neighborhoods and Community Recreation
Homes will be designed for unity with common areas for recreation, gardening, farming, and community recreation.  Each neighborhood will decide what they will offer the community in their common area.  Coaches and instructors will be free to use the recreation centers for classes and teams.

D - School Hub with Adult Learning Center
Educators will be free to use the classrooms at the Learning Center and those in the community will be free to participate in academic education from pre-school, to elementary, from high school to home school, from community college to a university, from night school to senior classes, members of the community will seek to eradicate illiteracy and inequality due to education disadvantages.  Science and technology research space is available in the Learning Center for those who offer these gifts to the community.

E - Storehouse Spiritual Center
The storehouse is a huge warehouse to store anything contributed from community members' surplus.  This spiritual center is designed for large group meetings as well as small group meeting rooms. Frequent gatherings of all religions will be held encouraging all faiths to come together as one.  All churches and denominations will be free to use the Spiritual Center for their private gatherings as well.

F - Art Center, Event Facilities and Production Studios
Artists, musicians, dancers, singers, speakers, actors and producers are free to use the Festival Studios and Facilities to educate, motivate and inspire those in the community as well as reach out to those outside the community. These gifts will help to develop a constant income stream to provide abundance for all through radio, television, music and film.

G - Governance Skyscraper
Heads of household will be free to meet in the Governance Building to plan and strategize for the greatest global good.  The community justice system will be implemented as a non-violent restorative system that integrates those who are incarcerated back into the community.

The Governance Building will house many under-privileged individuals and families who require charity to survive.  Those who join the community seek to equalize the global economy by providing for others in need including war veterans, disabled or special needs individuals, those in need of medical care, or those from other countries in desperate or difficult situations.  The skyscraper can be the most elaborate or the most simple design based upon the decisions of those in the community.  It will stand as a symbol  to the community and to those outside the community as a beacon of love and light.

Plug your gifts in.

Light up utopia.

Have you been thinking about living off the grid? You are not alone. Thousands of visionaries like you are dreaming and designing their own version of utopia.

What's your version of utopia? Are you ready to dream? Remember... dreams create action.

Are you willing to let go of "the known" to embrace "the unknown"?

aa3In which stage of spiritual development are you? Are you still in your cocoon?

Or are you feeling cramped like you are about to bust out?

Maybe you have come out, but are still hanging onto the cocoon...

Are you ready to fly, but have no where to go?

When you are ready... you are free to fly.

You have the opportunity to embark on a journey with us...

We are going to see a mass "exodus" out of the cities and into small communities all over the world.

It will be neat, quiet and orderly.

Like the migration of monarch butterflies. ...

Most people will never even notice the change...
