Gather the Unemployed

Join forces to plan and build a community from the ground up in a rural area. The community model works within a one mile square (640 acres) with 400 one-acre parcels available to exchange for full-time labor and expertise.

We start by gathering and utilizing the unemployed roofers, plumbers, electricians, architects, landscapers, heavy equipment drivers, project managers, masons, alternative energy experts, farmers, ranchers, gardeners, coordinators, planners, etc.

Their volunteer hours eliminates a portion of the labor cost of building the community and accrues towards land and home ownership.

Members trade and barter within the community before looking outside for the things they need.  Their business and their life purpose is one and the same.  This is what we call “sacred commerce.”

We join together to improve the lives of the unemployed, the under employed and those that are homeless due to employment situations.  Our remedy is to gather and utilize the unemployed roofers, plumbers, electricians, architects, landscapers, heavy equipment drivers, project managers, masons, alternative energy experts, farmers, ranchers, gardeners, coordinators, planners, and others to build communities and allow their volunteer hours to be the gift they bring to co-create utopia.

We match the much needed skills and labor of the unemployed with humanitarian investors who would like to build their retirement home in a nurturing community environment that assists others to thrive as well.  Volunteer labor eliminates a portion of the labor cost of building a retirement home and the humanitarian gifting assists in purchasing materials to build the community.
